Back from a short hiatus....

Thanksgiving was different this year. Instead of completely fleshing out, I was in the prayer room for as much or more time than I spent eating. It was rewarding and refreshing.

My roomies and I cooked a feast in our apt and invited roaming nomads (friends with nowhere to go) for dinner. We ate A LOT, then headed to the HOP for our 4pm Intercession set. The Lord was all over it, as we prayed for salvation of our friends and families feasting together. The room was fairly bare, but I was honestly overjoyed with ministering before the LORD. The experience really did remind me that that is my first assignment: to minister to the Lord's heart.

Afterwards, I went with my friend Sam to the Byrnes' residence for more food and family. It was great getting to know some of their friends. We even played Taboo!

At 10pm we returned to the HOP to find that the 10pm set DID get miraculously covered! God really is interested in keeping the 24-7 fire burning in the ATL!

On the down side, throughout the day, I started coughing and sneezing. I am still getting over this bug, but I am WAY better than I was last Friday!
